CHALLENGE UNDERTAKEN Design a 254-unit residential complex on 11,319.48 m² sloped terrain within Phuket's tropical forest. Integrate 5 buildings addressing accessibility constraints, stormwater management, and preservation of 60% existing canopy coverage per Thai environmental regulations.
OUR DEPLOYED EXPERTISE Bioclimatic architecture adapted to tropical climate with natural cross-ventilation systems and passive solar protection. Structural engineering for slope foundations with reinforced retaining walls. Integrated MEP coordination for 144-space underground parking and collective facilities (pools, fitness, 161.83 m² coworking space).
DESIGN SOLUTIONS Self-irrigating green facades reducing interior temperature by 3-5°C. Local materials: FSC-certified teak wood, Lopburi stone, exposed concrete. Terraced design following natural topography optimizing panoramic mountain views. EAI (Environmental Assessment Index) certification developed specifically for tropical sustainability standards.
CONSTRUCTION OPTIMIZATION 3-phase construction sequencing minimizing environmental impact. Anti-seismic techniques adapted to Zone 2A per Thai standards. Integrated rainwater harvesting and greywater treatment systems. 6,390.08 m² underground parking with controlled mechanical ventilation preventing humidity infiltration.
