CHALLENGE UNDERTAKEN Design a luxury resort with 75 accommodation units on 1.4 hectares in Yamu, combining 6 different typologies (organic bungalows, premium tents, apartments) for 160 guests. Complete integration within preserved tropical environment.

OUR DEPLOYED EXPERTISE Complete mastery of Phuket tourism regulations. Innovative architectural solutions adapted to tropical climate: locally prefabricated metal structures, preservation of existing vegetation, optimized networks on sloped terrain. Coordination of 6 distinct accommodation typologies within a cohesive ensemble.

PROJECT SCOPE 8,400 m² built area, 4-story main building with underground parking, complete infrastructure for autonomous resort. Master plans validated in 6 months, advanced technical studies completed.
