CHALLENGE UNDERTAKEN Design luxury residence with Hollywood glamour aesthetic for discerning client in Rawai. Create 5-bedroom villa with premium amenities (wine cellar, bowling alley, gym, maid quarters) across 3 levels. Merge contemporary tropical architecture with iconic Californian modernist style.

OUR DEPLOYED EXPERTISE Architectural concept balancing dramatic volumes with tropical functionality. Integration of curved sculptural elements with geometric forms. Strategic placement of entertainment spaces (bowling, wine cellar) within 990 m² built-in optimizing 670 m² living areas. Mastery of double-height spaces and curved staircase as centerpiece. 7 bathrooms optimally distributed across all levels.

DESIGN SOLUTIONS Signature Hollywood glamour vocabulary: white geometric volumes, floor-to-ceiling dark-framed glazing, organic curved elements. Sculptural helical staircase as focal point. Strategic cantilevers and terraces maximizing indoor-outdoor flow. Material palette emphasizing clean lines and cinematic drama suitable for tropical climate.

TECHNICAL COORDINATION Complete concept design with structural coordination for complex geometries. Foundation solutions for multi-level design on Rawai terrain. Integration of specialized spaces requiring specific technical requirements (bowling lane structure, wine cellar climate control, gym ventilation).
