CHALLENGE UNDERTAKEN Complete restaurant design and construction for France Larome Group's pan-Asian tapas concept in Patong Beach. Transform 128 m² into functional dining space for 42 guests with open kitchen concept, optimizing every square meter in high-traffic tourist zone.

OUR DEPLOYED EXPERTISE Full project management from concept to opening. Mastery of commercial kitchen regulations and restaurant flow optimization. Design integrated open kitchen with 16-seat counter bar, standard dining (15 seats) and banquette seating (11 seats). Industrial-chic aesthetic with signature red neon lighting, exposed elements, and vibrant color palette matching the brand's eclectic atmosphere.

TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS Efficient space division: dining area, back kitchen/cleaning zone, guest facilities. Optimized ventilation systems for open kitchen concept. Durable commercial-grade materials suitable for high-turnover restaurant operations. Custom millwork and bar design maximizing seating capacity.

PROJECT SCOPE Complete turnkey delivery including construction management. Kitchen equipment coordination (excluded from budget). Timeline managed from demolition to opening-ready state. Budget control: 1.5M THB excluding kitchen equipment - 11,700 THB/m².
